First Session: January 30th
ADHD and the brain. What is Executive Functioning, why does it matter, and what’s needed? How to prepare your child for future endeavors such as College and work! Understanding the range and scope of ADHD it’s impact at home, school, within the family and socially.

Second Session: February 6th
Impulse control, the ability to attend, Co-occurring challenges, common misnomers. And lastly, researched strategies that create successful results.

Third Session: February 13th
Whats the research saying helps. Topics to be covered will include what worsens ADHD symptoms, the common risk factors.

Concrete tools and strategies will be taught in every session.
